Returns

Due to the nature of the products sold on the site all sales are final. There are no  returns or exchanges on any products. If you have questions about any items please contact us by email before you place an order. If you receive your order and there is an issue with your order you must contact us within 3 days of the orders delivery. Please understand colors may vary from manufacturing batch to manufacturing batch slightly and photos of colors can also vary depending on lighting. If you need assistance with color matching please contact customer care. 

Refunds

Items may only be refunded if they are found to be defective. If you believe you have received a defective product, please email easttennesseebeadsupply@yahoo.com. The email title should be defect and please include your order number, full name, a photo of the defective item along with a simple explanation of what the issue is with the item. Once this is reviewed you will receive and email back with a response. If the item is defective you will be able to replace the item or take a credit for the purchase price. Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.
